According to the different production processes, non-woven products can be divided into:
1. Spunlace non-woven fabric: The spunlace process is to spray high-pressure fine water onto a layer or double layer of chemical fiber nets, so that the chemical fibers are entangled with each other, so that the fiber net is structurally reinforced and has a certain strength.
2. Hot-melt non-woven fabric: Hot-bonded non-woven fabric refers to adding fiber or powdered hot-melt adhesive anti-corrosion materials to the fiber net, and the fiber net is then heated and melted to be structurally reinforced into cloth.
3. Pulp cyclone-laid non-woven fabric: Cyclone-laid non-woven fabric can also be called dust-free paper and dry papermaking industrial non-woven fabric. It uses cyclone-laid technology to open the original pulp paper plywood into a single fiber state, and then uses cyclone method to condense the chemical fibers on the mesh curtain, and the fiber net is then structurally reinforced into cloth.
4. Wet non-woven fabric: Wet non-woven fabric is to place the fiber raw materials in water to loosen the single fibers, and at the same time, mix different fiber raw materials to make fiber floating slurry, which is then transferred to the laying organization. The fiber is formed into a net in a wet state and then reinforced into cloth.
5. Spunbond non-woven fabric: Spunbond non-woven fabric is to lay the polyester yarn into a net after the polymer has been extruded and stretched to produce continuous polyester yarn, and the fiber net is then self-bonded, thermally bonded, chemically bonded or mechanically reinforced to make the fiber net into non-woven fabric.
6. Meltblown non-woven fabric: The process of meltblown non-woven fabric: polymer feeding---melt extrusion---fiber production---fiber cooling---laying---reinforcement into cloth.
7. Needle-punched nonwoven fabric: Needle-punched nonwoven fabric is a kind of dry nonwoven fabric. Needle-punched nonwoven fabric uses the puncture function of needles to consolidate the bulky fiber mesh structure into cloth.
8. Stitched nonwoven fabric: Stitched nonwoven fabric is a kind of dry nonwoven fabric. The stitching method is to use the weaving coil structure to consolidate the fiber mesh, cotton yarn layer, non-woven material (such as plastic sheet, plastic thin metal foil, etc.) or their combination to make nonwoven fabric.
