BPCL-100 Paper Cup Machine

The BPCL new paper cup forming machine is a fully automatic paper cup forming equipment. Through continuous processes including multi-row automatic paper feeding, a paper anti-reverse device (ensuring accurate positioning), ultrasonic welding or electric heating welding, oil injection, robotic paper tube transfer, cup loading, bottom punching, bottom folding, preheating, knurling, edge rolling, and cup collection, it can stably produce paper cups of various specifications. It is a newly developed paper cup forming equipment independently developed by our company and has undergone comprehensive technical improvements.

Main features include:

1. Production of 80-100 cups per minute

2. Reduced equipment size, more rational and compact structure, and simpler processes. The original three turntables have been reduced to one turntable plus a small cup-dispensing turntable, making cup collection simple and convenient.

3. The bottom-cutting knife is located at the bottom of the cup mold. After the bottom paper is cut, it directly punches into the bottom of the cup tube, avoiding bottom flipping and improving stability.

4. The entire machine uses a spray-lubricating method to reduce wear on machine parts.

5. This equipment uses a light-controlled, contactless multi-point switch to detect abnormalities and automatically alarm and shut down in case of malfunction, protecting machine components from collisions and improving machine stability and lifespan.

6. Multiple gear drives make the mechanism more stable and durable, with a more rational layout, facilitating machine debugging.

7. The edge-rolling stroke is easily adjustable, allowing for different strokes for cups of varying heights, making machine operation more efficient and stable.

8. The bottom-folding stroke is 35 mm, and the knurling stroke is 50 mm. The sliding parts use self-lubricating graphite copper sleeves, ensuring a smooth and stable lifting trajectory. Furthermore, the lifting components have been changed from a large plate to two smaller plates, reducing machine inertia and load, resulting in very stable machine operation.

9. Waste paper is automatically discharged via a conveyor belt, making machine operation more convenient.

10. The thick, flat upper frame is covered with stainless steel sheet metal, giving the machine a very aesthetically pleasing and sophisticated appearance.
